Terms & Conditions

1. 10% advance payment required to reserve your date. Pencil bookings valid for 7 days.
2. Advance is non-refundable as we accept one function per day.
3. 90% of the balance must be settled one week prior to the function.
4. Travel charges may apply except within Kalutara–Colombo. Amount depends on distance & fuel prices.
5. Getting-ready photographs covered only if dressing at hotel room or nearby salon. This counts as package start time.
6. Please reserve a table for the crew (separate from band). Crew entitled to buffet or requires 1-hour break.
7. Limited wedding/pre-shoot photos may be published on social media at our discretion.
8. Surcharge may apply due to inflation; adjustments are cost-based, not profit-based.

Privacy Policy

• Data we collect: Contact details, booking info, event details, and captured media.
• Usage: To manage bookings, deliver services, and communicate updates.
• Sharing: Only with trusted partners (printers, couriers, payment providers) as needed. Never sold.
• Security: Files stored securely, retained for a limited time. Long-term archiving not guaranteed.
• Your rights: Request corrections/deletions, opt-out of social media usage.
